Sweet Corn Pancakes
Thick, golden pancakes studded with fresh corn kernels cut straight from the cob. A little sweet, a little savory, and the kind of breakfast that makes the whole house smell like summer.

- raw honey (1 tbsp)

- baking powder
- buttermilk
- butter
- salt
- maple syrup for serving
How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: sweet corn (2 ears), eggs (2), raw honey (1 tbsp), flour, baking powder, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: sweet corn (2 ears), eggs (2), raw honey (1 tbsp).
- Cut the corn off the cob then scrape the back of your knife down the cob to release the milky liquid — it goes right into the batter and adds creaminess.
- Cook for approximately 25 min. Adjust to taste and serve 4 portions.
- Plate, enjoy, and share with your household!
