How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: eggs (4), fresh herbs (basil, chives, parsley), butter, salt, pepper, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: eggs (4), fresh herbs (basil, chives, parsley).
- Cold butter in a hot pan is wrong — let the butter melt and foam before adding eggs. Medium-low heat, no rushing.
- Cook for approximately 10 min. Adjust to taste and serve 2 portions.
