How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: ripe tomatoes (3 lbs), fresh herbs (basil, oregano), olive oil, garlic, onion, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: ripe tomatoes (3 lbs), fresh herbs (basil, oregano).
- Roast at 425°F for 35-40 min until tomatoes burst and char slightly at the edges. Those dark bits are flavor — don't toss them.
- Cook for approximately 1 hr. Adjust to taste and serve 8 portions.
- Plate, enjoy, and share with your household!
