- pine nuts or walnuts
- parmesan
- garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- lemon juice
How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: fresh basil (2 packed cups), pine nuts or walnuts, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: fresh basil (2 packed cups).
- Blanch basil for 15 seconds in boiling water then ice bath before blending — it locks in the bright green color for days.
- Cook for approximately 10 min. Adjust to taste and serve 8 portions.
- Plate, enjoy, and share with your household!
