Honey Granola with Fresh Yogurt
Homemade granola sweetened with your own honey, with clusters that shatter when you eat them. A batch lasts two weeks and is better every day with fresh yogurt and whatever fruit is ripe.

- fresh seasonal fruit for serving
🛒 From the Store

How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: raw honey (1/3 cup), fresh seasonal fruit for serving, rolled oats, coconut oil, vanilla, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: raw honey (1/3 cup), fresh seasonal fruit for serving.
- Do not stir during baking — just rotate the pan once at the halfway mark. Leaving it undisturbed is how the big crunchy clusters form.
