Ingredients
🌱 From Your Homestead
- fresh flat-leaf parsley (1 packed cup)
- fresh oregano (2 tbsp)
- garlic (4 cloves)
🛒 From the Store

How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: fresh flat-leaf parsley (1 packed cup), fresh oregano (2 tbsp), garlic (4 cloves), red wine vinegar, olive oil, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: fresh flat-leaf parsley (1 packed cup), fresh oregano (2 tbsp), garlic (4 cloves).
- Chop by hand, don't blend. A blender turns it into an emulsified paste — the rough chopped texture with visible herb pieces is what chimichurri is. It takes 5 minutes with a knife.
- Cook for approximately 10 min. Adjust to taste and serve 8 portions.
- Plate, enjoy, and share with your household!
