How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: ripe heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, extra-virgin olive oil, flaky salt, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: ripe heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil.
- Slice tomatoes no more than 30 minutes before serving — they release water and get soggy fast.
- Cook for approximately 10 min. Adjust to taste and serve 4 portions.
