Herb Flatbread Pizza
A simple flatbread topped with olive oil, garden herbs, and whatever cheese you have. Fifteen minutes under a hot oven and you have something that tastes like a proper restaurant lunch.
Ingredients

- fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme)
- cherry tomatoes optional
- garlic
🛒 From the Store
- flatbread or naan
- olive oil
- mozzarella or ricotta
- salt
- red pepper flakes
How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme), cherry tomatoes optional, garlic, flatbread or naan, olive oil, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, thyme), cherry tomatoes optional, garlic.
- Put your baking sheet in the oven while it preheats, then slide the flatbread onto the hot pan. The bottom crisps up in the first minute instead of staying soft.
- Cook for approximately 20 min. Adjust to taste and serve 2 portions.
- Plate, enjoy, and share with your household!
