How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: bell peppers (4 large), fresh herbs, garden tomatoes (optional), cooked rice or quinoa, olive oil, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: bell peppers (4 large), fresh herbs, garden tomatoes (optional).
- Blanch peppers for 3 minutes before stuffing if you want them softer. Skip if you like a bit of bite.
- Cook for approximately 50 min. Adjust to taste and serve 4 portions.
