Ingredients

🌱 From Your Homestead

  • beets (4 medium)
  • fresh greens (arugula or mixed)
  • honey (1 tsp for dressing)

🛒 From the Store

  • olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

How to Make It

  1. Gather your ingredients: beets (4 medium), fresh greens (arugula or mixed), honey (1 tsp for dressing), goat cheese, walnuts, and the rest.
  2. Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: beets (4 medium), fresh greens (arugula or mixed), honey (1 tsp for dressing).
