🌱 From Your Homestead
- cucumbers (2 medium)
- radishes (1 bunch)
- fresh dill (large handful)
🛒 From the Store

How to Make It
- Gather your ingredients: cucumbers (2 medium), radishes (1 bunch), fresh dill (large handful), sour cream or crème fraîche, white wine vinegar, and the rest.
- Prep your homestead ingredients — wash, chop, and measure: cucumbers (2 medium), radishes (1 bunch), fresh dill (large handful).
- Slice cucumbers thin and salt them for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid. This step is what keeps the salad from going watery an hour after dressing.
- Cook for approximately 15 min. Adjust to taste and serve 4 portions.
- Plate, enjoy, and share with your household!
